Move two cribs to align the split line on the smartphone screen image with the middle line of two lenses in the headset; please refer to the illustration on the area of the listing left image area. No align, No clear picture! 2). Tune the upper Pupil Distance button to adjust pupil distance; 3). Turn the two sides Rotary knobs to get a proper focal range. 4). Enjoy it!
