I gave this vendor one star only because the program wouldn’t allow NO Stars. Stay away from this vendor. The item came defective. I followed the return policy of the vendor only to find out the email address doesn’t exist and the provided phone number wouldn’t work. I was able to get resolution from Fitbit Customer Service who provided excellent customer service, postage free return label and an agreement to replace with a new device.
